High Performance Neat Cutting Oil

Kratos N Cut 1000 is a premium quality, neat cutting oils for a variety of machining operations on ferrous metals. These oils are formulated with selected base oils fortified with a new generation additives for extreme performances. This single component additive system is advantageous for application over a wide range of operating temperatures/ severity of operations.

  • Kratos N cut 1000 is recommended for single and multi-spindle automats, multi-tool lathes and other cutting operations. It can be also recommended for Auto/Semi auto turret lathe, gear cutting, threading and tapping on high tensile steels.
  • Plus in some cases it can be also recommended for tapping, gear cutting, screwing and gear hobbing.
  • Shield M Cut Medium can also be used for yellow metal operations with the recommendations of Kratos Technical Team.
