High Performance Hydraulic Oil

The Kratos Hydro Ultra Series lubes are premium hydraulic oils blended from highly refined base stocks taken from superior crude stocks and processed in state-of-the-art refining technology so that it is specifically developed to satisfy the wide temperature variations and viscosity range encountered with modern hydraulic systems. They meet the stringent requirements of hydraulic systems using high pressure, high output pumps, which have small reservoirs.

Kratos Hydro Ultra Series oils have high Viscosity Index, outstanding Anti Wear properties, excellent oxidation stability and high load carrying capacity as determined by FZG ratings. These products are manufactured with ultra clean technology which are met for the most rigorous performance requirements of the world’s leading hydraulic equipment and component manufacturers, enabling use of a single product with excellent performance characteristics.

  • Thermal Stability – A naturally high Viscosity Index results in a minimum change in viscosity with change in temperature that helps prevent excessive leakage, sluggish operation and helps improve the overall efficiency of the hydraulic system over wide operating temperature ranges.
  • Excellent Oxidation Stability – Helps reduce maintenance downtime and costs by contributing to system cleanliness and deposit reduction, enabling long oil and filter life.

  • Controlled Demulsibility helps to separate the water in the system and helps in protecting parts from rust due to presence of water in the system.
  • Good Seal Compatibility property of this Oil with most of the rubber seals present in the equipment helps prevent leakages in the hydraulic system.
  • Enhanced anti-wear and corrosion protection of system components using various metallurgy help extend component life and improve production capacity.
  • Low Volatility property of this Oil results in lower makeup requirements due to evaporation loss and less deposit formation.
  • Outstanding Air release properties are essential for hydraulic oils to effectively remove and release air bubbles that can become trapped in the system during operation or maintenance.
